This location is one of the worst. If you get the chance to order (because they like to close before posted time on google) they mess it up nearly every time. Why I still give this place a chance is beyond me. And I never complain about it but the ONE time I did, the guy working told me he couldn’t replace my shake because it comes out of his pocket and he would have to pay for it? So I left there with no the wrong shake because they apparently can’t fix their mistakes. Done coming to this location.

The best location i have been too. They have the best sherbert options.
Good coffee and good ice cream. The only real drawback is the painfully slow service.
My husband and I come here quite a lot for reasons I can't figure out. Just today I've gone 2 times spending $15 on 4 iced coffees which they have managed to mess up. Unfortunately there are only a couple workers that can actually make the drinks and food correct at this location. This morning they made my coffee all espresso instead of just a shot of espresso, then this afternoon they literally put what tastes like tea in my iced coffee. I keep saying hey they'll get better but what's that old saying about doing the same thing over and over expecting different results!!!!!
