I was extremely surprised by my visit to this Kroger bakery. Initially I was not pleased because my cupcake order was not ready 3 hours past the expected time. However, Dalin sensed my frustration and called for her manager Joe. They found my order in the pil for the next dayud83dude21. They proceeded to complete my order in record time and Jo even gave me the cupcakes for free which was never my expectation. They certainly made a great situation out of a bad one. This is truly what I call good customer service.nThanks so much Dalin and Joe!!!
