Avoid this dishonest retailer.nnI went into Ergo to purchase a pillow. I spoke with the owner, Alan, and I decided to also purchase a mattress topper. Although I later realized that I was not charged for the pillow, it was listed on my receipt; I was told that it would be included with the topper. Alan then told me that I would receive the topper within two weeks.nnA month passed, and I received no word. I called Alan numerous times with no response. I had to go to Ergo personally to speak with him. He claimed that production was delayed and that he would send it when he could.nnThe topper was finally delivered over two months after the purchase. Alan then told me that I would receive the pillow—what I initially came in for—for free to compensate for the extreme delay. He said that it be available in two weeks.nnAgain, over a month passed with no word. After calling several times, Alan told me that the pillow was still in production, I was first on the list, and I need not call because it would be sent to me as soon as it was ready. It’s been over six months, and I have neither received the pillow nor heard from anyone at Ergo.nnDo yourself a favor and go somewhere reputable. The topper is comfortable, but it’s not worth paying double the price of a SleepNumber, plus the added cost of doing business with people that don’t value their customers.

Rich Brown unknown to Ergo Centers, LLC posted a false 5 star review on January 12, 2019 for an Ergo Mattress. The entire post was a lie. Rich Brown has never slept on or owned an Ergo bed. He and his wife did not purchase an Ergo king in 2014 and did not later purchase 2 twin beds for his children. (see original post in attached image)nnHe posted this false testimony at the instruction of Mike Dillon who is the owner of Living Well Products out of West Palm Beach, Florida. Rich Brown is an employed sales rep for Living Well Products.nnMike Dillon on the same day posted a second 5 star testimonial under the name Living Well Products in which he did meet chiropractors at a continuing education seminar in November where he did receive very favorable reports about the Ergo Sleep Systems and Ergo Centers as a whole from some of the doctors we have had the pleasure to work with.nnOn January 13th, Mike Dillon showed us these two postings while working together at a Milwaukee Home show. This caused concern for us as one of our first google reviews as a business was a lie instructed by him.nnThis along with Mike Dillon making false representations of our products to customers was a documented violation of the dishonesty clause of the Ergo Centers dealership agreement that Living Well Products had executed.nnDue to the breakdown in relationship, in retribution during the first week of March 2019 Rich Brown and Living Well Products deleted their 5 star reviews replacing them with 1 star reviews.nnIn Rich Brown's post he falsely reported that his mattress had quickly broken down. Again, Rich Brown has never owned or slept on and Ergo Mattress. We have never entered into any verbal or written business transaction agreement with Rich Brown. We have never had any contact with this person and the entire post is a lie.nnIn the second post from Mike Dillon of Living Well Products, he made equally false claims. He was kept informed of the transactions and received an accurate accounting and distribution in a timely manner.nnThis matter has been turned over to legal counsel for review as it is believed that these false post were in retaliation of a pending termination of our business relationship.nnErgo Sleep Centers has a strong code of ethics regarding honesty and intergrity towards our customers and clients. We are appalled by these false statements and will legally react accordingly.
