I went to the store looking to exchange my phone and the manager Isaac was very friendly and helpful. He was beyond exceptional and patient, and answered any question that I had. He was also incredibly welcoming and and made feel comfortable in the store, and walked me though all of the steps to clear any confusion that I had, along with another associate Joshua. I was very impressed with their service.

The store is now under new management and the manager Isaac was beyond exceptional, he was helping me and my boyfriend at the same time he was helping another customer. He made us all feel like a family and before we knew it everybody’s phone was done and information was transferred. Thank you Isaac!

Lol. horrible customer service. The little white guy with the tiny hands was super arrogant and condescending until my husband walked in. The black girl walked through the back of the store and when we left she was sitting in her car. When we drove off she went back in to store. Avoid this store. Complete foolishness
