Knowledgeable in organic mattresses/bedding + type of mattress needed per body type/individual needs. Based on your body type & individual needs, he’ll point you in the direction of a mattress that works for you. He takes his time with you and is not pressuring you to buy. He really wants to provide good advice. You literally feel like he is a mattress adviser or consultant & not a salesperson. If you are trying to buy organic, like Savvy Rest, best to buy from him directly than from the Savvy Rest site. Believe it or not, it’s a bit cheaper to get it from him than from the manufacturer. I personally recommend getting an organic mattress, or at least the organic mattress casing & organic pillow. We spend 1/3 of our time in our mattress, inhaling all sorts of chemical off gasing, VOCS.
First, Ted is a great human being, he really cares about the health of the planet as well as our own health and that is surely exemplified in all the products he has most thoughtfully researched and has chosen to offer to his client base. I was so lucky to have found his store! Ted knows and can speak intelligently about where all the organic and natural materials have originated and about his supply base. It is such a pleasure to have had someone do all this work and then offer these wonderful product(s)!nnI chose the Naturepedic EOS Pillow Top mattress, which is just so incredibly comfortable as each side of the mattress is tailored to each person's comfort needs. I also would highly recommend the Nature's Comfort, 100% Virgin wool topper. It feels like I am cradled in a soft and comfortable cloud ! Plus, wool breaths so well naturally, so I never feel too warm. I also love the Savvy Rest, Esmont bed we purchased from Ted. It is super solid and my husband and I easily assembled the mattresses and the bed. We were able to customize the height of the bed frame which worked out perfectly! Ted is a wealth of knowledge on many levels, most importantly creating a healthy space in your home. We are so happy with our purchase and I cannot say enough about the customer service, our bed took longer than expected, and if instead of the normal “sorry about your luck” we were compensated and well taken care of without even having to ask. Ted is the kindest sales person I've ever encountered. I felt so well taken care of through this process. I was in a unique situation, moving back from out of state and had an order with another company that had taken 6+ weeks with no end in sight. He was able to turn an order around in a fraction of that time and was highly communicative throughout the process. I rarely write reviews, but I had to with the quality of the product and the service, it can't be beat. I'll be sending all my friends and family here from now on....
You won’t find more caring, personalized customer service or higher quality, healthy products than through Ted Metas at Earthscape Home. Ted was endlessly patient with our family’s needs and preferences. He is more focused on service and education than sales because he genuinely cares about people and the planet. We love our comfy new mattresses. We are also feeling better physically and mentally because we are sleeping free from chemicals and allergens. Thank you so much Ted!!
