The HM Chair arrive on schedule. The packing was very good. Assembly simple. The chair appeared new and functions as if new. All I can say is WOW Crandall is an amazing company. Their website showcases their brand amazingly well and provides detailed information about what your getting. When you are purchasing a refurbished product you want to see this kind of information.nnThey shipped out the chair fast and came packaged extremely well.nnThey also include detailed instructions for putting together AND a QR code that you can scan to pull up a video. I have been saying this for YEARS. Why do companies never include QR codes and videos now days? Crandall is the only company I have seen do this finally.nnHonestly I wish every company could be more like Crandall. Dealing with most companies and the entire experience is usually such a hassle.nnHighly highly recommend anyone to support this company, I would like to see them expand into even more products in the future.nnYou also get a great chair for much less!nnThe founder of this company should be proud and I hope to see more brands become more like this in the future.
Fabulous customer service. The people there were knowledgeable and patient. They helped me upgrade an older chair to make it like new. I made a mistake in measurements and they graciously offered to send me another part at no charge. I have recommended Crandall to my clients that are now doing home offices.
I had no idea where to even start was looking to purchase a chair. I sent Dave an email going over how much time i spend at my desk and my uses and wants/needs for a chair. Dave responded quickly and we spoke on the phone about the different recommendations. Dave was patient and understand and very thorough. He checked his inventory of chairs not yet posted on his site and emailed me directly options that weren’t yet available! I ended up selecting a leap v2 w headrest in leather and it was ordered, shipped, and delivered within 5 days. Easy to put together and all is perfect! I just wanted to say how pleased I am with my experience with Crandall Office Furniture, Inc. I needed to replace the gas cylinder in my Criterion 453 Chair and came across the Crandall Office Furniture site on line. The site was easy to navigate, the price was great, compared with other vendors, and included everything I needed. I received the order in about three days, in less time then the projected delivery time. I also received helpful email tracking updates throughout the delivery process. The Crandall Office Furniture website also included a video with easy to follow instructions on installing the gas cylinder. It took all of 10 - 15 minutes for me to do. The chair works great now, almost like new. My experience was phenomenal and Crandall Office furniture, Inc. has a customer for life.
