So since Sprint merged with T-mobile we went in and switched networks. Well we lost everything!! It did a factory reset! If I was warned that it would do that, I would have not switched it. I can't believe we lost everything! I am very disappointed and frustrated!!!

We asked the guy to cancel our plan he said they don’t do that in store you have to call I asked him to call for us he said no and he doesn’t wanna do anything asked for his name but didn’t give it to me must be the owner a real tool. Worst customer service ever do not shop here

I brought my mother here to get her phone upgraded. The sales rep that helped her was very patient and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what her bill would look like and told us about promotion being offered by LG that was not being advertised. Will definitely be going back!

One of the absolute best stores I've ever been to. I've been many different sprint stores as I've been a long time sprint customer. I have to say this store was possibly one of the best ones I've been to, I felt welcomed right away and was assisted quickly. I had went to the store to do an upgrade from my old device to a newer one the process was painless and quick. I would recommend anyone to this store! I also recommend ignoring all the 1 stars because those people have anger issues and more than likely inhale their own farts.
