I recently had an apartment fire, my three children and I lost all of our furniture. Spalding Mattress in Mount Washington donated us a mattress to help us out. They have been so generous to us in this time of need if I could give them 10 stars I would. I highly recommend them and their business ethics.
I bought my mattress three years ago...I called within the first week of purchase and Terry said there was not a return option. My old mattress was already disposed of. We wanted the pillow top but he sold me on the one down from this mattress. I was told for the price it was the best option. We had to go to kohl’s and buy a foam mattress cover. He told me that the mattress would soften up in a few months...ITS BEEN THREE YEARS! It is still as hard as a ROCK! I have learned that I am not the only customer he did this same thing to. I would suggest a store with a better return/exchange policy!nI like to support local businesses but I will not support this one ever!
