We generally enjoy shopping here, however this evening we hooked up the trailer and went in to purchase a dishwasher that was listed as in stock on the website and when we arrived my husband was told by the employee working in appliances that they had the dishwasher in stock but they had gotten a delivery of merchandise earlier in the day and there was too much stuff in the way so they couldn’t sell us the dishwasher. In my mind this is unacceptable. Talked to the assistant store manager after the fact and he said if we came back he would make them dig it out...which would have required us to wait for who knows how long so we drove across the street to Lowe’s and they were more than happy to accommodate us.
One of my favorite places to shop. Took a about 10 minutes to get help in the power tool section. But overall still great customer service.
Some were friendly and some were not but hey everybody has a bad day once in a while. Store was a little messy. Pretty good visit over all though.
My go to for any home improvement when you find a staff member they are almost always helpful but you do sometimes have to hunt a team member down first for some areas.
Was in the store a few nights ago to look at kitchen materials for a remodel. We were in the kitchen display area for around 30 minutes with no one working in the department seeing if we had questions or needed help. A woman finally come over and we ask if she could answer a question about the countertops and she said “No, I just know appliances” and walked away. Pretty sure if you can’t answer a customers question the next logical step would be to get someone who can......left without any service and will be heading to a local place that can answer our questions about countertops.
