Good selection of tools and home improvement supplies. If you have a coupon for $10, $20, or 10% off you're better off ordering online and picking up. Expect a hassle when using coupons. The online pickup customer service personell are phenomenal. Normal customer service is slow. The computer system for printing out receipts for online pickups is also a painfully slow process.
After visiting two other stores, Lowe's had ammonia for my fall cleaning recipe for walls and woodwork.
Excellent customer service here. I was never really a fan of Lowe’s and always went to other home improvement stores. I moved to Midland and now I go to this Lowe’s everyday for job supplies. The lumber cashier that I go to everyday always is smiling and happy to help me.
For a big name store they always have helpful employees and there's almost always someone working that's familiar with whatever project you may be doing.
Hard to find isles numbers finally ask n find where I needed to be. Asked where the top tools chest i need is and she was so helpful n didn't quit till she got answers. I liked her dedication so much I went to her to check out. 5 stars+ for her can't thank her enough just wish I could remember her name to give her more credit
