Rick is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Very accommodating with appointments, friendly, professional. The big box stores have absolutely nothing on Mattress By Appointment. Spent about 1/3 what I would've spent at one of the major stores on Hall Road and I didn't get attacked by a used car salesman in a cheap suit (with too-dark hair for his age) when I walked through the door. When it's time for another new mattress my business will go here again. Thanks, Sir!
