Taylor Nufer is a wonderful sales person. She took the time to explain the difference between the mattresses and adjustable beds. She was very knowledgeable with the information that I needed to make an informed decision. She’s just the kind of person you like to deal with when you have many questions that need answers. I called US Mattress today to get some information that I can use to determine which mattress would be suitable for me. I have serious issues with bone ache and the mattress I choose will have to accommodate my concern. Josh answered my call and we had a long conversation regarding my problem, what I am actually looking for as far as comfort, and valuable information he gave me when choosing my mattress.nnJosh did an incredible job answering all my questions. Josh, the salesman, was by far the best mattress salesman we encountered at any store in our search for a new mattress. He is friendly, super competent and knowledgeable, and polite. He genuinely cared about how we slept and spent the time to clearly explain the US Mattress number system and help us pick out the best mattress for us. He didn't pressure us, and in fact gave us plenty of time to try mattresses until we made a decision. Best mattress-buying experience we've ever had and would highly recommend anyone looking for a mattress to see Josh!
Great company to deal with. This is my third mattress and I called on a Saturday night not expecting to talk to anyone but Taylor answered and helped me with some detailed questions. I called back 2 hours later to finalize the order with Taylor. She was very helpful
