Josh Shaun and Jordan were excellent These young men helped my family make our way to t mobile in an efficient manner at a great price. The service here was excellent Joshua and Jared helped me switch plans and get a new phone while saving money. Haven’t seen customer service this good before very much appreciated.
Hands down THE WORST. I went in and the guy would rather talk to his coworker about how their computer system is messed up while his buddy is sitting in the store. Completely unprofessional. I walked out.
The new management is awesome! The employees are great! Got a call that the store was under new management and that they wanted to take a look at my bill to make sure that I was getting the best deal possible! I went in there, got my bill lowered, took off services that I no longer use, and was able to walk out with a new phone! This will be my go to store from here on out!
I had a really great experience their last night I had a samsung Galaxy a6 I owed a little bit more then what I thought when I went their andrew the sales person looked up everything and ended up finding out I owed less then what I was told by the phone and got me on a new good deal for a trade in on a Samsung Galaxy Note 10 he was very professional and outstanding man couldn't be any happier
