My sim card needed to be replaced in my galaxy s8. It was not an easy fix between the old and new systems. The manager was extremely patient and went above and beyond to get my phone back on track. When I was ready to give up, he continued to work at it, reaching out to sprint to ensure that everything was set-up properly. I can not say enough about the customer service I received. I was also pleased to see that they treated everyone that walked through their doors with courtesy and respect. I will be referring all of friends here.

I don't usually do reviews ,but after this experience I couldn't help myself. What a great place, what a great service!!!nThey helped me to pick the phone that suits my needs without trying to empty my wallet, but also helped to activate and set up my phone with a smile on their faces.nI think they really go extra mile to keep customers happy, others can learn from them.nGood job , guys...nWill definitely return for future business, highly recommended.

Wonderful customer service. I went in a few times already and both representatives that were there helped me with exactly what I needed. They actually went above and beyond which is hard to find.
