Younger heavyset guy was completely rude/lazy. Did not fully understand his job and did not want to assist me in purchasing a phone. Stated multiple times it would take 1.5 hours to transfer my info from one phone to the other. This was on 03-21-21 (Sunday) ended up going to Shelby to get my phone! Don’t waste your time in Washington/Romeo area when dealing with Verizon!!!!!

Marissa and Hunter are top notch sales reps at the Washington, MI Verizon store. They are very helpful and honest! I have been to many different Verizon stores in the last 25 years, and no other one compares!
