Polite, professional and direct. Customer service was excellent. All Questions were answered with little to no difficulty at all. No pressure when it came to the sale either.
This was our second purchase in last two years. We keep coming back and telling our friends because of the great service and quality mattresses. Chris was very helpful as we were purchasing just the right firmness mattress for my aging in-laws. This time we are taking advantage of their delivery service.
Second visit. Needed a new mattress top and a new rug I absolutely love all products I have received from them. I would definitely recommend them. If you are looking for a new mattress or a new rug this is the place to go I have gotten two area rugs and live them both. And also have gotten a box spring a mattress and today I got a serta mattress top and overall I spent nearly half as much as I would have at another company
Great customer service from Chris. He told us about the different mattresses and we were in and out within 10 minutes with a mattress. Cool guys to talk to. Highly recommend!!
