Can I just say how amazing Keisha was. She was so pleasant and helpful. Went above and beyond to help me and I greatly appreciate that. She has earned a repeat customer as long as she is there I am there. If you have any furniture needs do yourself a favor and go see the wonderful woman. You won’t be disappointed.
I decided to stop at Cort Furniture on Mound just to see what they had to offer. To my surprise, I was greeted by this bubbly sale associate named Kesha... (Which I found out later was the Manger). Let me just say WOW!! She was very professional answered all my questions. I purchased 2 mattress sets, chest and sofa. Delivery was reasonable and fast. Kesha provided exceptional customer service. I highly recommend this location!
I was so pleased with the services I received from Ms. K. Edwards on two separate occasions. She helped me to find the right furniture for my son's new home and her customer service skills are exceptional. He is very happy with his furniture and the advice she gave him on what he needed to make his home complete. I will be back as I continue to furnish my two spare bedrooms now that we are empty nesters,
