Cancelled same day texted “ cant today” did not offer different day. Will find a professional company that does not cancel last minute and text two word responses!

Chris and his son came out promptly for an evening call on a Saturday after our toddler had an accident in the recliner in her bedroom, chair looks and smells much better, and I am hopeful that Chris was able to catch it in time so that the chair will not be ruined. We appreciate the responsive and personable service!

Canceled on me same day, took the job then complained about be me being on the 3rd floor. I’m in the middle of a move and it was just a inconvenience.
