I had a nightmare of a billing issue with TMobile. I spent hours on the line with the customer care team and they couldn't help me. As a last ditch effort, I stopped in and met Sal. Sal was AMAZING! He got me the help I needed and even took the extra step to make sure that I had follow up calls from the other team members to ensure the problem was resolved. I couldn't be more grateful.

This T-Mobile location surpasses all my expectations. Cameron is so friendly and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to phones. He answered all my questions before I even knew to ask. Couldn’t have asked for better customer service from this lovely young man and it helped that through it all he kept a smile on his face. What a bonus!

My husband & I came here for new phones & a new service provider recently. When I came here the first time, the customer service was fine. But I’m guessing that sale needed to be met, therefore the customer service better be good. You know?nnThe second time we came here together, we had a question about pairing our bill due date. We wanted to have our due date be on the exact same day since we technically are on one plan.nnMy husband got his phone & service 2 days before me, I then decided to join as well.nnWhen we arrived together again, we were met with the same sales rep at the doorway...nI understand COVID & whatnot...nBut her demeanor was not the same. Less friendly & a little off putting.nnAnyways, I was able to handle my questions over the phone with a very kind & helpful rep.nnI just appreciate when the customer service is consistent even if the in-store rep could not help us at that moment.

Been to this T Mobile several times and never had a positive experience, the workers and manager have always been rude and straight up disrespectful. The last time I went Sal spent the whole time lying and gaslighting me and the other workers kept acting dumb when we tried to explain our issues even tho it wasn’t any complex problems. The thought of even going to this place again causes anxiety attacks.
