Ordered a cappuccino blast through doordash, there was what looked like maybe the seal to a bottle of flavor or something in my drink. I don’t usually complain about much but I work in a coffee shop and I’ve never seen that happen..

Would give 0 stars if I could. Tried to order a cappuccino blast and was told they do not have the stuff to make it. Asked if they had stuff to make iced cappuccino instead and they were rudely talking on the mic to another employee instead of taking my order. When we pulled up to the window, they handed my husband a very watered down “milkshake.” He asked why it was so watery and the girl said she had no idea. He inquired about the cappuccino blast and the employee said they didn’t thaw out the stuff to make it. Overall very horrible experience. Everything we ordered was disgusting and they said we have to go on the website to get our money back.

I love Dunkin' Donuts. But, unfortunately this is the location I pass by on my way to work and I had to stop at this one to get my coffee on my way in. Employee at the window was EXTREMELY rude, overcharged me and also told me that their location doesn't honor the dunkin' app coupons. The coupon issue was fine and was whatever but couldn't get past how rude she was so I just pulled off and stopped at a 7/11. I will NOT be returning to this location.

Great employee around 12:30 on Monday, March 1st of 2021. She didn't realize I asked for mocha, so she then gave me a cup of it on the side!☕

This one seems significantly more expensive than the other Dunkin' Donuts in the area. Employees are inattentive and rude. She messed up my order (gave me cream cheese instead of butter), and did end up giving it. But, she scoffed, was visibly annoyed, and threw my bagel on the counter.
