This place never gets an order right, never has regular menu items like plain bagels, when you do try to call them if an order is wrong, they don’t even answer the phone. A machine is set up. Don’t bother with this location, go to the one at 12 and Dequindre, they’re much, much better!

Visiting from out of town, so I ordered through the app so the way I take my iced coffee would be the same as my normal DD makes it. Ordered 2 iced coffees with 4 mocha, 4 splenda, 4 skim milk and an order of hashbrowns. They didn't have hashbrowns when I got to the window, so had to sub for a donut. I don't like donuts and neither does my daughter, so I got a donut and ordered her a sandwich. They gave me one coffee and had to be reminded to look at the receipt to see there were 2. So she made a second one but didn't even stir it!! They were both terrible- watery and bitter. Definitely didn't follow the directions on order. The brownie batter donut I had to get had hardly any filling and the cheese on the sandwich was cold and not melted. I didn't get a receipt to review on there, so had to do it on Google. I'll have to find a different DD to go to for the remainder of my trip. Hopefully there's one with a different owner where they train their staff.

Wish I could give 0 stars. I placed an order with this location thru DoorDash. Waited nearly 2 hours for the order and it was cancelled. Contacted DoorDash and it wasn't due to them. It was the location itself. I called the location to try and clear things up.. maybe even just go PICK it up myself. They blocked my phone number after calling a few times and no answer. Talked to the dasher that was assigned and they apparently dropped my order on the ground and refused to remake it. The dasher waited at the location for over 30 mins and even argued with the manager there.. still nothing.

They get my order wrong most mornings. Whatever I get is good but I would like to get what i order sometimes. Its the only one on my way to work so I keep coming back. Again, what I get is good, its just not what I ordered.

The staff seems quite burdened by customers' trying to, well, order things. (The nerve of those customers!) No attempt at greeting and rude, laconic replies to questions about menu. Long wait time even when there's nobody around. The flies are the only parts of this store that don't seem miserable, and that's because they buzz around the doughnuts undisturbed.
