The ladies that I spoke with were very helpful to my husband and myself. They even opened the gate for us to go in and see if the unit would work for our needs. They went out of their way to convenience us! We are looking forward to having a place to store our things.
Only problem there were the mice. They were nesting in my items. Chewed up stuff and everything had urine and feces on it. Found several dead mice in my storage area also. Employees are nice.
Very easy to reserve online. Minutes later I was called to be given my access code and make my 1st pymt. The agent I spoke to was very nice and informative. The unit was clean and very accessible. Highly recommend!
Everything is like a kiosk and lately is seems as though quite a few homeless people have been hanging out there. Reports of thefts occuring. The place is nice but the area and people are very questionable.
Renting at the kiosk was very easy, I was impressed that you could buy a lock right there at the facility.
