Great company great management team. Very good HR team very professional and courteous. Company that is always going forward and good at taking care of employees.
The bosses son Justin will ruin this business! Communication lacks, truck upkeep could improve. When hired you're promised great things that the company does not follow through with. Also likes to slip in damaged loads to customers. Leaves drivers sitting on side of road on a Friday while mechanics make them wait so they can go eat supper and think they can change DOT rules.
Hill Transportation needs to get a much bigger parking lot to be able get turned around in.
Been at Hill since January of this year.Ive worked alot of jobs.But Hill wins hands down.These folks have been the best.They will have to run me off with a stick.
One of the best trucking companies I had ever driven for, very nice people all around, helpful, professional, and the salary pay literally pays off. Very simple after you get the hang of it. Get to deal with the same shippers and receivers a lot which was nice. Was always taken care of truck or trailer issue, day or night. I have driven for 6 other companies since and I stand by this. You wanna a company to retire at. Hill transportation is the best.
