I was very happy with the service I recieve... the young man that helped me was new & he went out of his way 2 make sure I was all set!! I left satisfied!! UPDATE(02-02-21) I'VE BEEN HAVING NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS NOW!! I'M HEADED THERE TODAY, I CAN'T EVEN MAKE ANY CALL FROM MY PPHONE FOR 2 DAYS NOW; BUT THEY STILL TOOK MY $86 DOLLARS PAYMENT OFF MY CARD!!! BS! BS!!
Seems they can never help out unless it to buy a phone and plan from them. Always saying, you will have to go to a corporate location. Well then, what use are you! I had to call customer services to actually get help that I needed. Wasn't completely what I needed done, but was 100% more help than the store. I'm close to changing carriers.
Manager is a joke and has no idea how to handle customers. Unless you would like to be told to get the *f out of his store then I suggest not going there. Also apparently it is wrong to be standing outside of your own car cleaning your own car windows. This location is a horrific joke.
