We bought a recliner at Huizen's in 2004. The recliner needed a couple spring clips replaced in 2019. Huizen's declined to do the work, said the recliner was too old to get parts for. It only needed spring clips which were readily available. Took the chair to an independent upholster who fixed it in a few hours.
