I love rent a center I've been renting thru them for about three years and never had a problem.Also I love this location the staff is very friendly.
Great place. Of course it's overpriced but the people are nice and have always been friendly to me.
The people who work st this location, need customer service training. Completely rude, curt & short, every single time you talk to them after you sign. I made a horrible decision. I'm too far in to stop the contact. I'll never ever use them again.
Management is very rude I made a payment on the app and it was processing in my bank but after two days it got denied and they never called until the following Thursday almost a. Week later because whom ever put my info into the computer didn’t enter my number correctly, I was actually out of town visiting my family at the time and the demand I take the product to the local rent a center and return it management was not understanding at all they need to take a few pointers from the one in Ocala Florida on how to treat customers... will never go back to this one ever again
