I bought a steam table pan from them, never used it as it was the wrong size that I needed, but since it had finger print marks and smudges they would not give me full price back. She argued with me saying that I used it and I did not it clearly had the original sticker on it but still wouldn't give me my full money back. Bought a used merchandise cooler – it was very clean and in great working order as promised. Delivery was fantastic – the guys ensured that the cooler was placed exactly where I wanted it. Very friendly, good price and honest people. I would buy from them again.
