Could not have had a better experience. Vince, at Wilson location, was extremely knowledgeable about all the different mattresses. He explained them well and was very professional without being pushy. Mattress was delivered a few days later by a couple of very polite and helpful young men. Wish I could remember their names. LOVE our new mattress already. Financing was easy . . . everything was easy. Next mattress JS will be our first stop.

The absolute best place to buy a mattress hands down. Made in USA. Materials from USA. The guy that sold me wasn't pushy and very knowledgeable...even loaded it in the back of the truck for me. If you buy a mattress sheet cover they extend your mattress warranty. Only cost 10$ more! you literally can't buy a mattress sheet for that price let alone one that is hypoallergenic and so soft and extends your mattress warranty all in one for $10 that's crazy. Most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on. Had the mattress for over a year now and I can tell it's going to last me a long time no sagging or damage from my weight. My kids jump on it and everything and it is built solid. My last mattress I bought from there lasted almost 9 years. That is absolutely crazy. I will always get my mattress here. This is not a paid advertisement or anything like that... just a 35-year-old American man giving his honest review and sleeping like a rock on his new mattress. The only downside is you will sleep so good that you should take 10 minutes in the morning to stretch and enjoy your bed before you get up. The first few nights I was so sore because I slept so good and didn't move LOL but I guess that comes with age LOL.. okay review long enough. Seriously go there get yourself a mattress be happy!

Bought a Mattress a year ago and have been extremely unhappy with the comfort and how it has held up. We called a couple months after we had it explaining that it felt extremely hard and not like he one we laid on in the store. We were told it needed to break down, one year later it still feels hard. The pillow top does not seem thick enough to protect your body from feeling the springs. My husband and I are both average size humans and the bed already has indents when you lay on it even after rotating regularly. Not a quality mattress for around 1500.nnupdate: they contacted me promptly after my issues to offer to extend exchange program! My husband and I were very grateful the company was willing to make it right. They addressed our concerns, it is so nice a local company cares about there customers and stands by making things right! Mason has also been very helpful throughout the process. Thank you again.

We just replaced our 23 year old Jonathan Stevens mattress! Mason at the Grandville store was extremely helpful. Delivery guys were great too. Quality products at a fair price from a local company. Probably won’t wait another 23 years but am a loyal customer!
