The store was neat and clean and the staff was very pleasant and friendly. I came with a friend who was interested in a Sleep Number bed. The saleslady had her lay on a bed that can measure pressure points. She suggested I lay on the other side. I was amazed at how good the bed felt compared to my bed at home. We both bought beds that night and the sales lady was so helpful with details. Can't wait to get mine delivered.
We ordered by phone to sleep number but realized we still had questions so I went to the store for answers. Meghann was very helpful and answered all of my questions. She ordered headboard brackets for me to attach our headboard when the bed is delivered in a few weeks. No pressure to get us to purchase anything else.
Excellent service. The personnel was very knowlegable about the product. They showed us different products and explained them very well so we could understand. I will definitely recommend this store to others.
Our sales representative spent a lot of time showing us different mattresses and let us test each one. Unfamiliar with an air mattress , so she did a good job of explaining things. Now waiting for delivery and set up !
Salesperson Meg was excellent. Answered all our questions and was sensitive to our concerns and needs. Was able to juggle handling us and several other customers simultaneously.
