I had such a wonderful experience here! I had been to another T-Mobile store to upgrade my devices and it didn't go as planned. I was a sprint customer who needed to transition to T-Mobile I was directed over to this store. They took the time to make sure that I got a refund for the mishandled transaction and helped me upgrade as planned. I can't thank them enough for making sure I was 100% satisfied. This will be my go to store in the future.

I stopped in around 5:30 PM on a Wednesday, it was crazy busy and there were only two employees working at the time. An awesome employee named Maurice helped me out and cleared all areas of confusion I had. He was super nice, incredibly friendly, and was an impressive multitasker. he remained cool and calm despite being overwhelmed by customer needs. The service here was fantastic!
Mo was amazing at helping us resolve our issue. He is amazing and really cares about helping the customer!!
