My wife and I had a great experience with Jessie at this location. We purchased two new phones and some accessories. Jessie was very professional and knowledgeable about the products and explained everything in detail. The transfer of our data from our old phones to the new ones was without issue. Very comfortable setting with no pressure. That’s what I like. Thank you Jessie!
Josh here is the coolest dude, he hooked me up with my own account and a new number helping me move forward into adulthood and also get away from harassing phone calls. My trip today was quick and easy and super pleasant. Josh was friendly, insightful, and incredibly helpful. I'll definitely come back to this location if I ever need help in the future.
We had the best experience with Jesse the store manager in Jenison. We had to select 2 new phones and learn new features. Jesse was very courteous, knowledgeable, and patient with all of our questions. When we walked out we understood what we were paying for and made good decisions for what we needed. I would highly recommend the Jenison. TCC store and Jesse .
We stopped in the other day to get a couple screen protectors and the rep at the store Ben mentioned that he could upgrade our phones and save us money at the same time. I was in a hurry so he said he could meet me at the store on Thursday to personally make sure I was taken care of. I was really impressed because turns out Ben actually works out of the Grand Haven store. Ben took the time to explain everything and even make suggestions for accessories. We were able to upgrade both my daughters and wifeys phones to the S20s and save money every month. This by far was one of the best experiences I have ever had. Thank you TCC and thank you Ben. Highly recommend to anyone looking to buy or upgrade thier current phone...
I can honestly say that I have never received better service anywhere! Jesse went above and beyond to help us. He explained everything very clearly, made sure we got the best possible deal and was very personable. This will absolutely be our permanent Verizon store.
