Ronnie moved our Yamaha piano and took really good care of it. They are reasonably priced, polite, and professional. Alex tunes our piano 2 weeks later and it sounds amazing! We are very pleased with Herrema & Sons and would definitely recommend them.
Herrema & Sons moved my piano from Grand Rapids to the Chicago area. Ronnie was easy to get a hold of and quick to respond. He answered all my questions and went out of his way to accommodate me. They arrived at my home exactly as we had arranged and communicated with me along the way. My baby grand was placed in its new home smoothly and without a hitch. Wow! They are incredible! The set up was so quick! I appreciated their efficiency, warmth, and diligence while setting up! They even referred us to a tuner to set up with. Herrema & Sons helped make a bucket list goal of mine happen!!! A long time dream was to own a black lacquer grand piano. They had just the piano I was hoping for, delivered and set it up AND removed the piano that I currently owned. AND, the purchase included my first tuning! Highly recommend to anyone searching for a piano!
We needed a piano moved to redo carpet. Right from the beginning when I spoke to Mr. Herrema all of the anxiety was removed. He told me that would do. They showed up and before I knew it the piano was moved. Quick and clean while being professional and very friendly. In my personal opinion best piano mover the universe. I will recommend Herrema and Sons to any and all who needs piano services. I will definitely call them again.
