If I can give this place 0 stars I would. We waited over an hour to get help. The employees acted as if we were not even their and never advised us at least that it would be a while or even asked what we were coming in there for. The two men working there were constantly in and out of the back rooms and not once checked and let us know that they would be with us. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Got my problem fixed promptly. Young man knew what he was doing. Great service.
Kori was helpful, friendly, courteous and kind! It's never easy to get a new phone but she made it fun, exciting and simple! She was willing to answer all our questions, was patient and was such a blessing! We highly value her after our experience yesterday ----- and we hope T-Mobile does too!
