A terrible experience! My girlfriend and I wasted 30 minutes of our day trying to upgrade my phone, only to find out that because of the transition from Sprint to T-Mobile that it wasn't possible at this time! The clerk could have just told us that from the outset! Typical cell phone store with terrible customer service!nnHowever, two days later, Maurice the manager of the store reached out to me to help rectify the situation. He went above and beyond to help me. I greatly appreciate his customer service and how he went above and beyond to help me. Whatever Mo is getting paid, he deserves more!!!

Better service than other T-Mobile stores in the area. Jason was helpful and professional when helping my wife and I upgrade phones.

Walked into the store after I just dropped my phone and cracked my screen protector, the manager Mo took care of me. He was helping someone else and let me know he would be with me as soon as he’s done. I watched some big 12 basketball on the tv so the wait was no issue. Mo kept checking in on me while I was waiting and letting me know he will be with me soon. He got my screen protector swapped around, helped me with my questing about my upgrade that I’m eligible for. All the while talking to me about sports and how I recently got engaged. Long story short I don’t leave many reviews but Mo is the epitome of customer service and genuinely a nice guy. I’ll be back very soon to see Mo and get my upgrade. Thanks! ( P.S. Mo deserves a raise )

Great experience overall. Made the transition from another carrier seamless and our salesperson was knowledgeable about the plans and deals. It was a quick process to switch from another carrier. I do wish the details were presented to us in a more visual manner as opposed to just verbal. I'm aware the details are online and I did my homework before going to the store but wish they had some plan visuals in store just for comparison and to help explain to my family on the plan who aren't internet savvy.

This was an absolute horrible experience. I’m a new mom and had a babysitter so I could upgrade my phone - these guys are nothing like sprint. They were extremely unhelpful and refused to help me upgrade my phone. Would suggest you find any other store to help you besides this one. Very disappointed with the T-Mobile/sprint merger already and these men did nothing to help me.
