I was lost in the sea of photo labs. I had several tabs open with every website I came across. This was the only lab that emailed me directly, gave me a FREE sample 8 x 10 with no shipping costs AND called me to make sure everything was okay. I got the sample photo- looks great. It was packaged well too.nAll other labs just kept populating my emails with their promos. Not this place. Super satisfied. I’ll be using them for all my professional photos.
Oh my word, I cannot say enough good things about this place! I had an issue and they went out of their way to help me find a solution. Then, later that week the owner called and thanked me for my business, then the next week I received a handwritten thank you card from the owner. I won’t go anywhere else anymore. Plus, the quality of their prints is amazing.
