I recently purchase engineered wood flooring and carpet from Village Custom Interiors and had them do the install. Hannah was a great help in the selection process. Their prices were very competitive. The installation work was terrific. We had many room transitions to deal with, and each turned out beautifully. I highly recommend them.

Poor customer service from 2 women on 10:30am on 2/6/20. I asked a basic question about a specific flooring product Regarding emission level. She said you can go home and research that your self. We don’t have that information. She said it likely has lots of chemicals since it does not say on the sample. I asked the second lady about luxury vinyl. She said it is all scratch resistant, which I know is not true. They were not friendly or helpful in anyway. We plan to return to Rockford Flooring for business.

Stopped in today to look for laminate and was treated the best of any other store we went in ( about 6 others) even though it was just for laminate. We will most likely use them because of that.

This has been a great experience. The sales staff was very helpful with plenty of great suggestions and options for us to choose. They were flexible with the timing of the installation - and the installers were professional and courteous. They cleaned up nicely after the job and followed-up to make sure we were happy with the project. Thank you!

We recently had Village Custom Interiors install carpet in our remodeled bedroom which is now being used as an office. Hannah was so helpful in guiding me to the right type of carpet as well as selecting the pad and assisted in recommending color choices for the walls and trim! Our installer was wonderful and I commend him for how careful he was not to scuff or mark up any of the fresh paint on the baseboards or wall. It was a great experience from start to finish and I will be returning to select flooring for our kitchen remodel in 2019.
