We had a really positive experience at this location switching our account over from AT&T and getting a new phone for our son. Great customer service! Nathan was super helpful and very patient! Probably one of our best and easiest times at a phone store. Will definitely use this location again.
been going through Verizon my whole life just had a kid a few hours ago needed a charger bought a Cellhelmet charger and the girl Shelby said it was the exact same as a fast charger by Samsung.... 2 HOURS LATER my phone has charged all of 5% tried it on two other phones to no avail. Bring it back to the store to get a refund with receipt and they can't give me a refund because the box I had was thrown away into a bio hazard bin in the hospital and the manager said no box no refund. I NEVER write reviews but I feel I need to warn people about these chargers please don't waste the 40 bucks and buy one they aren't the same no matter what the sales person tells you ridiculous
