Came in to upgrade. Alex was awesome. Hooked me up with a apple adapter for my new phone , plus a case, and more friendly then my previous experience at other stores I have received.

Stopped into the store last night at 7:00 wanting to upgrade two phones. The representative (Zack) was amazing! Not only did he facilitate the swap out and save us money, he also stayed past their closing time to make sure that everything was set up correctly on my new phone. Amazing customer service!

They will straight lie to you at this store. I was told if I bought an accessory I wouldn't be charged for a fee on activation. Called corporate and was told there is no activation fee for activating a phone I brought on to replace a broken one. Don't come here and buy into their fear tactics.nnAlso terrible and RUDE customer service. Also listened to associate realize he was doing warranties for liquid glass improperly and the assistant manager just laughed and shrugged. Don't care at all about you as a customer.

I've been with sprint for 17 years and called in on Friday morning (1-18-2019) and asked the rep if he could help me activate my Note 9's that sprint shipped to me since the devices weren't allowing me to complete the automated set up. He quickly stated that they would have to charge me $35 per phone to help and said that I would have to go to the corporate Sprint store off of 28th street.nnIf I was the owner of this store and had my employees telling customers to take my business to a different sprint store, I would be very concerned about the future of my business. Because I proceeded to drive past this store and go to the Sprint store off of Byron Center ave and M-6, where they were very helpful, informative and they didn't charge a $35 fee per phone. I also bought phone cases for my Note 9's from them.nnThis store needs to train their employees because any opportunity to help a customer can be made into an opportunity to sell them something while they are in the store and earn all future business from that customer. I will be returning to the Sprint store off of Byron center ave and M-6 for all of my phone upgrades and future purchases.
