I ordered the new pizza item and was first disappointed when they had no ranch for dipping and then second when I got the pizza it was Hot and looked good until i bit in and the bottom is so soft from being microwaved and not baked that I instantly spit it out and yes “yuck” this is food for a toddler!!!”nDon’t waste your money unless your child is picky and only like “hot pockets” type pizza!!! ud83dude15
The restaurant was immaculately clean and the service was impeccable! The thing I love about Panera Bread is how fresh the food is and I was not disappointed. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable about the deals and products.
Ordered lunch for our team on the day of a new hire. Called when 30 minutes late and told we'd get a call back. Called again at 45 minutes late and told it was door dash's problem and we'd have to deal with them and Panera couldn't help us. Food arrived 84 minutes late. Missing all the sides and cold. Out $44 bucks for a late lunch that was cold and Panera can't help us get a refund. Door dash says it's Panera's problem.nBad service experience.

Ordered food for our branch. Got curside to go. Checked in and 5 minutes went by, so I called to check incase app had errors. Someone answered told me to hold. Then 3 more people picked up asking if I've been helped. 8 minutes went by and finally got my food after the 4th person took me off hold. I'm just doing rapid pickup next time. Food was good and staff offered a free cookie. Didn't take the cookie but gesture was kind.
