GREAT service. Very down to earth and trusting. Since my first treatment I felt comfortable with her and love my service.
I purchased a Groupon for laser hair removal (6 treatments). For four of the treatments the wrong setting was being used, therefore there were no results.nFinally on the fourth treatment (out of the 6 total) she changed the setting.nI FINALLY saw results, but I only had one treatment left.nNeedless to say ABSOLUTELY NOTHING was done about all the wasted/useless treatments. I was just told that I could book individual treatments for $50+ each. I definitely wasn't happy because the Groupon coupon was SIX treatments for $140.nHad the first FOUR treatments been done correctly on the right setting, there would be no need to schedule anymore appointments.nI said instead of paying $50 per treatment, I'll just buy another Groupon. She so eloquently let me know she will not be offering that Groupon coupon again.nHave to give her credit for devising a great Groupon scam!nAll I have left to say is.... KARMA!
I love Meraki Spa! Monica is personable, kind, and very informative. Me and my besties are currently doing laser treatments (Brazilian & legs) and we’ve been satisfied! We drive from Saginaw, but it’s totoally worth it! Would recommend Meraki to anyone!
Me and my twin sister got laser hair removal and it was amazing, little pain, amazing costumer service, it was such a great experience i can’t wait to go back! highly recommend.
I’ve been to many spas around the country for many different services and this is by far one of the best I’ve been to from the scheduling/reminders, the atmosphere, the knowledge of staff and professionalism. They take the time to get to know the results you are looking for and pay attention to every detail through the process This is more than a spa they provide a first class experience and it is truly a one stop shop for all your needs. I look forward to many more sessions and sharing my experience with family and friends. Meraki Spa Is highly recommended for all this place is amazing!
