My husband and I visited today for a couple’s massage in celebration of our Wedding Anniversary. The receptionist, Erica along with the rest of the staff were warm and welcoming-the spa was clean and inviting. Anahit was my husband’s therapist, and Shane Marie was mine. Both were courteous, kind and professional. Shane Marie worked miracles on my neck and shoulders (especially). 6 out of 5 Stars!!!! Went for a couples massage and oh my Lord was it perfect. So relaxing, the lights were down, soft relaxing music playing, light conversation with the girl's. We will definitely be back! Walked out feeling like new people!

I chose this place because it was available for the day we wanted (even though the same service was quite a bit cheaper at nearby locations). The location is good and the salon is clean and nice but I give this business a 1 star because of the owner and the way things are run. If I could rate the massage therapists separately that number would be different. My husband and I arrived 15 minutes early for our couples massage, filled out their paperwork and waited for our scheduled time to start. One of the massage therapists came out and talked to us and said the other one was running behind and it should be just a couple minutes. More time passed by and the owner showed up. She was nice to us, but so very rude and belittling to her staff. The first thing she says to the receptionist in a condescending tone is that 'She doesn't care about that'. She continued to talk to her this way the entire time we waited. She also talked about her own staff saying 'they were selfish' and when the receptionist told her she prepped some pedicure bowls she said, 'well... tell them to say thank you'. DEFINITELY not appreciative of her staff at all. This kind of business should not be at the front desk where customers are waiting. It made us VERY uncomfortable and my husband mentioned being in the middle of all the stress while trying to have a spa day. We sat there for a long time and the only explanation we got was 'its going to be a few minutes' every time. At some point during the wait, the original massage therapist who was supposed to be with us left for the day. We didn't get called back until an HOUR after we arrived. This is COMPLETELY unacceptable for a business to run this way. Thankfully we didn't have anywhere to be, I would have been pretty upset if I had made the other appointments I originally planned. The massages themselves were good. Not the best I've had but they were thorough. I would ask for more back work next time. I didn't even check to see if we got our full time there. I didn't get hot towels but my husband did. He also came back with a swollen burn on his neck from her nail. We did not complain the entire time or say anything when we checked out. When we came out the owner was gone. The receptionist said she would try to get us a good discount on a return service and my husband asked if they could do anything today and she said no, the owner has to approve it, but she had our number and would call us. When she ran my card she did not disclose a card fee which was another nearly $7. They really should be telling people that before they even come in. They also take your card information over the phone so they can charge you if you are a no show. I think this owner is greedy from the way things are run and the things I saw and heard. I also waited a week to complete my review to see if they redeemed themselves, but I haven't heard a word. It's too bad the owner is the way she is because there are so many nice professionals working there that made us feel welcome. I would not return.

I was working here for a short period of time, as a receptionist/cleaner while I was employed I received great feed back from clients as well as good google reviews about my amazing customer service. Punctuality is a value I would say is important to me. I was always early and stayed late. I worked all hours even when I was at home, I did the advertising with social media. Its unfortunate that the owner which was my boss never gave me a set schedule on a weekly basis, I was supposed to stay available for whenever she needed me. Which I did with no problem, I wanted to learn about the spa business and I enjoyed the other employees. I was then fired over text message and told that she did not have to give me a reason, and that was the last she was going to speak about it. I was underpaid, verbally embarrassed in front of clients with how she would speak to me if I didn't understand something, had no stability in my work schedule and then fired without any reasoning behind it. She then talks terribly about her other employees and threatens to dock their pay if they don't remember her rules. Definitely think twice about going here and think long and hard if you are planning on working here. The staff is amazing, the girls that work there are skilled and talented at what they do.... unfortunately its just the worst management I have ever seen. I wish all the best to the awesome cosmetologist and massage therapist that work there!!! I will always miss you.

I experienced a half day spa package which consisted of a facial with Luba, massage with Eilien and mani/pedi with Anahit. I’ll start by confirming the unpleasant interactions with the receptionist/owner. I witnessed her chastise her staff without any sense of professionalism - the facts that clients were present did not seem to matter and I quickly became empathetic to the employees. All three of my services were great! Luba, Eilien and Anahit take a lot of pride in their craft and that resonated through their services. I’d recommend their services but do think the spa can benefit from a number of culture changes - more inclusive sizing for their spa robes, strengthened professionalism by refraining from staff conversations (I was within ear shot of conversations around tips and personal scheduling issues) and mitigate all personnel matters to a more private area.
