I scheduled an appointment for my friend and I at 1:30, then I got a call to reschedule my appointment to 2pm. I agreed, but when we got there, they could only take one of us and the other at 2:30. I didn’t end up going back until 2:45. Another lady arrived who was supposed to get a massage at 2:30 and they said she had to come at 3:30 now. They didn’t ask any about medical history or allergies. When I was getting the massage they were yelling over the walls to talk to each other during the entire massage. At the end, I wasn’t going to tip because of the poor service, then they asked for one after I signed. I gave $5 then they proceeded to ask for more and were upset. Worst service I’ve ever had.

Normally I love going here because they used to give a great massage. Just went on Saturday and was told not to come back because I only tipped $7 and not $10nnI was BLOWN away by how rude this woman was. She had her phone on speaker during the massage talking to someone then rushed me out because someone else came in looking for openings right then.nnShe literally said my hands hurt and I work hard you need to tip more now. I’ve received massages from this company for a long time. Never before have I ever been this concern or felt like I needed to warn the public about this place more than now. Mary is obviously not there, or she would have corrected this immediately. The place used to be well run when she was there. The current women do not speak English well, or at all. They conducted a bait and switch, and ripped me off on the last two massages. The details of which will be presented to the BBB, in order to recover the fees in full, including the tip that was required in order to leave. DO NOT go to this place at this time! They are not the only place in town doing this. Please be careful!
