The owner Tia is absolutely AMAZING! Very nice & professional; her customer service Exceeds Excellence! The kind of customer service you just don't find anymore.nHer work is DIVINE and done with great attention to details. You are doing yourself a disservice by not scheduling an appointment.

This is the most terrible store ever seen. People working may have been good at their work but store management is worst. I have called them tons of time to set up an appointment, no one answers the call. At least can't leave voice mail because voice mail box is always full. Sent SMS but none responds. So tried to visit store couple of times but guess what they aren't open. They will open store whenever they like, will not follow the times mentioned online or on store door. So finally just avoid this store who do not have minimum discipline like taking customer calls or following store timings. Don't waste your time.

Bad customer service, unfortunately I can not leave a review for the work as It was incredibly hard to contact them for an appointment. Once I did my family [kids and myself] got sick.At this point I was told I would have to pay 10$ to reschedulen. Also when I scheduled the first time was told it's 3 extra dollars to have gel polish removed and to bring your own flip flops because they charge for those too.The person on the phone struck me as rude.I bought a groupon,which I will be turning in.Think twice!

I paid for my service through groupon.. And I have been trying to set up an appt for weeks and no one answers the phone.. when they did the girl hung up on me when i asked if i had called the spa because she answered the phone like she was at home.. I went to the shop and the shop was closed during business hours. They are extremely unprofessional and i wish i could get my money back.
