I went in tonight to get my son a new phone and Amanda was very helpful and super friendly also Josh that worked there as well was very nice!! Thanks for all the help and being very knowledgeable!!
Terrible customer service, ignored the store phone and left me on hold for 25 minutes. Went into the store where the associate shrugged his shoulders while relaying that there was no call on hold and then blamed Verizon for not sending the call. Overall the customer service should improve and maybe answer the phone at a so called store, that ironically sells phones.
The assistant manager was rude and really unpleasant. It was like she was bothered by me coming in. I feel like we could have had a different experience if she would have smiled and greeted me when I came in and mot made me feel like it was an inconvenience.
They are always very helpful!
Coachable moments are important. Providing your customer with accurate product information is essential. When a customer makes a claim against one of your employees about false information, it’s not up to the manager to defend that employee. This is how you loose buisness and you‘ve lost mine. I’ll work with a store that doesn’t feed me false information about 5G coverage and quality between Apple devices
