We we’re very happy with the customer service in Ashley home store. Jordan was great to work with and was very knowledgeable and helpful. He made a great effort to understand our style and help us find the right furniture. For that matter, everyone in the store seemed very friendly and pleasant. They really have quite a selection of reasonably priced inventory. I was also surprised to see they carry a large selection of home decor. I recommend Jordan as he went above and beyond to answer our questions and meet our needs. We will definitely shop at Ashley for our future furniture needs.

I recently visited the Ashley Home furniture store off of Saginaw in Lansing MI. I was promptly addressed as I walked in the door by a sale associate by the name of “Christian Book” I told him the general idea of what I wanted and if anything was in stock readily available, Christian was right on top of it the whole way and worked on finding out what was in stock at the local warehouse. I was in and out in easily 30-45 minutes. I did not catch the 2 gentleman’s names that delivered the furniture but they were awesome, professional and hard working. If I could give 10 stars I would! Thanks again for making buying furniture easy and convenient in these times were enduring!

We were recently in the W. Saginaw, Lansing, Mi location, and our salesperson Christian was absolutely wonderful. Excellent service. Very informative, polite, and made our experience at the store a pleasant one. I will be, recommending this store to friends and family, and more specifically, to see Christian.nWe also later decided to swap out an item, and the ladies at the counter, were understanding, and pleased to assist, completely hassle free. Christian even came in on his off day to make sure we were taken care of for the swap out.nWe will definitely be back for future purchases.

I went into the Ashley store to purchase a desk that I had seen online. Gino found that there was a floor model in store and was able to sell me that one, and better yet, at a lower price than it was listed for online. Hope was quick and efficient in checking me out and the guys had it shrink wrapped and ready to load into my car, all within a half an hour!

Ed was very helpful in finding exactly what I needed. I was under a time crunch and needed a new couch that would fit inside my new home. He recommended one in my price range and was able to get it in within the week. He did all this without being pushy and made me feel comfortable. Marisa was also very helpful and getting my order placed and was very informative. I will definitely be back to purchase more in the future.
