The other location is better but has less stock.. only came here because what we wanted was out of stock on Waverly. Walked around for half an hour and nobody even asked if I needed help or had questions. Took my cash to a more reputable store and that place would actually negotiate. Got better quality for about the same price.
I had a great experience shopping at American Freight. Levon was very knowledgeable about the furniture and answered all of my questions. He went above and beyond to provide great customer service. You can choose whatever quality of furniture you want and the prices are very competitive and reasonable. Give it a try!
Went into American freight with a friend who is looking to get a sectional. Immediately became impressed with the wide selection and reasonable pricing on their quality merchandise. Ended up about to purchase a lamp when my wife saw a couch and loveseat that she loved. We were easily able to get financed for it with reasonable payments. Everything was delivered not only on the same day but within an hour! Extremely impressed with American Freight.
I had a really good experience shopping here. When I was unable to find the exact couch I wanted, I asked if they were going to carry it in the future. To my surprise they had a couple, but hadn't been put on the floor yet. I also bought a nice queen size bed and dresser combo, as well as the most comfortable mattress I've ever had! Their guys quickly delivered all funiture.
The Gentleman that assisted us in our sale was very pleasant and was able to work with our budget, when what we wanted wasn't available he was able to help us make a second choice. The delivery team was excellent. They were fast and very efficient on putting things together without waking up my baby
