Great place, huge selection of different products to choose from.
Would not allow me to make half payment then told them that I'll pay the other portion in 2 days. Money hungry....
Don't tell me what I can and can't afford if I wave the money in your face until I speak to your district manager who was supposed to get back with me in February and it's now July about the discrimination complaints I had put in with corporate. Still had paid the bill for a few months longer but still haven't heard back from anybody but annoying Ray who calls me 4 times a day. Definitely would love to outright purchase my rent to own items and be done with them asap but I won't tolerate the disrespect I have received.
Good custoner service abd many great items to choose from. Although their merch is kind of pricey its what you get when yoh pay monthey financing.
Service was great till our fridge ice maker broke . Had a 2 month warranty after it was paid off. They never made true on fixing my ice maker. Our tv was on sale and we was told if it went on sale within a certain amount of time we could get the sale price. They refused us the sale price on our tv. Same vine numbers and all. Told us it was not our tv but it was.I will buy much 1,200 watt but air conditioner somewhere else. They got happy my husband and I have been going threw Aaron's for 3 years and this is how they do us.
