All the money I spent in this place then bought a Tv took home plug it up it had 3 lines at the bottom was thinking nothing of it then 5 days later I took it back so I waited to hear back from them he keep tell me he gonna hear something back next week so I waited, month later decided to tell me I can’t get my money back $1000 I lost wow I spent $8000 in that place before I will never get over somebody and I have all the receipts of everything I bought.
Called because i was behind on a payment wanted to set it up so I could pay it next week and they were extremely rude on the phone. By the end of the phone call nothing changed and Kip just hung up on me after having an attitude and being extremely rude and would barely let me talk. One i was in the hospital for almost two weeks and two we are in the middle of a pandemic. I may miss one payment but I always pay it by the next one and the late fees on top of it. Could be a little kinder to your customers who actually communicate and pay you.

Once again here I am giving a review based upon the owner of this Rent-A-Center. His name is Kip and he is an harassing man. I look at a letter that he as sent me.
We have worked with kip for years and he never disappoints. We just paid off some furniture and low and behold a fan falls from our window and knocks our tv over and broke. We gave kip a call and will have a new 55’ tv in an hour! 5 stars def recommend!!
