The worst experience I ever had with Rent-A-Center. And the store manager doesn’t wanna work with me because I am disabled and on Social Security. And they’re refusing for us to speak to somebody higher up than the store boss and I don’t recommend going to this location is a horrible place and horrible people

Worst customer service ever. They will happily give you what you want. A week free even but you wont see that product for 5 or 6 days. Mark made false statements during the sale to get our money and once he did it was all downhill. they refused to deliver our products in a timely fashion. On top of refusing to allow me to just pick up the product due to liabilities he said
