I always have a positive experience with DBI. Whether it's a supply order that I need assistance with or working on a construction job with our account Rep. Beth Knight. Beth always keeps me informed and follows up on jobs. I appreciate that communication. Also, supplies are delivered the next day! I really like the quick turnaround time for orders. In my experience, everyone at DBI has been very efficient and helpful.

Outstanding experience with DBI. I was looking for a desk, chair, and small filing cabinet, so DBI was where I chose because they have a local showroom. I stopped in and was greeted by Lucas who was awesome. He quickly and efficiently suggested a chair which was reasonably priced and great. They had discounted items in their showroom. I decided to go with a professional motorized desk which was customized for my needs. The top I chose was a gray wood grain looking finish that is durable and I love.nnThey delivered it quickly and I love it. Everything is great for my office and exactly what I need to occasionally work from home.nnThank you to Lucas and DBI, I cannot highly recommend them enough!nnThanks,nnEricnLansing

Our company has been doing business with DBI for about 16 years. Barb is our go-to person. She is wonderful! Always on top of our needs, more than helpful finding substitute products if regular products are out of stock. Barb works with us on pricing and delivery times as well. Highly recommend DBI for your all around business needs.

I love DBI. I purchase office supplies for work and home through Barb Smith. Barb is an awesome sales rep. I can send her a picture or short description of what I need and she replies with options rather than the most expensive option. She's great at breaking down the features of the products and provides great recommendations. She makes my job a lot easier. :)

DBI has been wonderful. I can almost always find what I am looking for. Beth Knight is a great rep., she is always helpful and great to talk to. Very knowledgeable. If she does not know the answer, she will find it for me and call me back. Glad our company switched back to DBI.
